I am an Italian and American reporter covering climate change, economics and innovation.

I’ve reported stories from three continents, on issues ranging from climate disasters and flood mitigation in Sri Lanka’s wetlands to marine plastic pollution in southeast Alaska’s fjords. I am a 2024 Pulitzer Center grantee, reporting from Tanzania on the consequences of climate change in Africa’s Great Lakes.

As a former staff writer at Fortune Magazine, I covered energy and global economics. My work has also appeared in the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists and the Council on Foreign Relations’ Think Global Health, among other outlets. I’ve also worked as a research and editorial assistant for Mastering A.I., a 2024 book on generative artificial intelligence published by Simon & Schuster. I started my career as an editor and writer at Earth.Org, an environmental media non-profit in Hong Kong.

I graduated from DePaul University in 2019, and received a master’s degree in environmental, science and health journalism from Northwestern University in 2024.
